Interview with Mr. Paul Salloum – IT Manager - QNB Lebanon
- What would you say is unique about DCS, Our services or Our way of doing business? The Bank would not have been operational if it weren’t for DCS; they helped with the overall design of our data center, and built our infrastructure from scratch. They also exceeded their job by providing professional guidance and consultancy in areas which were not under their scope of work.
- What situation or problem did you need to solve? Since the inception of the Bank, we went through lots of challenges due to new business requirements; amending the initial setup to accommodate the frequent changes, without interrupting the business was a real challenge. DCS successfully completed all tasks ahead of deadline, taking into consideration any future requirements.
- What are the two most significant improvements that have resulted from your work with DCS? At time of inception the Bank was in a rush to become operational. After that stage DCS introduced and implemented several improvements, out of which the Environmental Monitoring System made a huge impact by motoring the well operation of the whole Bank: servers, workstations, ATM, security control, HVAC, and many others.
- Would you recommend DCS to others, and if so, why? I would highly recommend their service; due to their expertize, swift support, and proficient team. By always exceeding our expectations that they have earned our trust.
- Should the opportunity arise, would you use our services again? We still are!
